Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to assemble products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience required; hands-on training is provided. Local candidates in Grafton welcome.

Relocation bonus of $5,000 is offered after relocation, plus a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and comprehensive benefits from day one. Shifts include overtime, with Day shift at $18.50/hour and Evening shift at $21.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
