Job summary

Mid-City is growing and we’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Production Associate to join our apparel production team. No embroidery experience is required—we will train the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to details, and wants to learn new skills in a fast-paced, creative production environment. You’ll help with a variety of apparel production tasks and receive hands-on training to operate our commercial embroidery equipment.

Qualifications

• No embroidery experience required; we will train you.
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Comfortable learning equipment and hands-on processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately.
• Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Prior experience in production, warehouse, apparel, printing, sewing, manufacturing, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day apparel production and order preparation
• Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines
• Help with other decoration and production processes as needed
• Inspect finished products to meet our quality standards
• Count, organize, fold, pack, and prepare completed orders
• Keep production areas clean and organized
• Work with the team to keep orders moving and meet customer deadlines
