Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Maryland is seeking Production Associates to support the production of custom decorated apparel through embroidery, screen printing, and related processes. This hands-on, fast-paced role offers a Monday-Friday early shift.

You will assist with embroidery, screen printing, inspect products, pack, and maintain clean work areas while following procedures. Previous apparel production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous production/printing/apparel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with embroidery, screen printing, and custom apparel production processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Fold, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company procedures and production schedules.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.

Production Associate Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
