Fully Promoted Peoria, IL is seeking a Production Associate to join our hands-on production team, creating custom apparel and promotional products for local businesses, schools, and organizations.

You will operate multi-head embroidery machines and heat press equipment, follow work orders, perform quality checks, and help maintain a clean, organized production area. This role offers a part-time, flexible schedule starting at $15/hour with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in embroidery, apparel production, print shops, manufacturing or promotional products (we will train the right person!).
• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based software.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, printing, apparel decoration, or a related field is helpful but not required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new equipment and processes.
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Fully Promoted is looking for a Production Associate to join our production team. This role helps create custom apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise for local businesses, schools, and organizations. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Typical Schedule (actual work hours may vary)

Monday-Friday (no evenings or nights)

Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 20 hours per week)

Occasional weekends during busy periods

Starting at $15/hour

Flexible scheduling around school and other commitments
