The role offers a four-day workweek with potential overtime and weekly pay. You will rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling, lifting up to 40 pounds and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in repetitive production or assembly work.
• Experience with packaging, counting, or general production.
• Able to work with fiberglass materials in warm environments.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand for extended periods in warm manufacturing settings.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work a four-day schedule (Mon-Thu) with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter components by layering materials onto a rotating assembly table.
• Operate foot-controlled equipment to move products through the assembly process.
• Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Remove completed filters and transfer to the packaging area.
• Pack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks.
• Support press operations, cutting machines, and molding processes as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy against specifications.
• Maintain production goals and follow established procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with high accuracy.
• Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds as part of daily duties.
