Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Able to perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble filters and component parts to production specifications.
• Perform production processes including spinning, applying adhesives, cutting media and materials; spot welding and inspection.
• Use basic computer functions for orders and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventories as needed.
• Complete first-piece and in-process inspections and escalate defects as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in lean events and 5S.
• Support a clean, safe work area and teamwork.
