Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate (2nd Shift) in Ohio for an electronic assembly environment. You will read detailed instructions, perform repetitive seated tasks, and support multiple production stations from gluing to cable housing with careful attention to quality.

Formación

• Must read and follow detailed work instructions to meet daily production quotas.
• Experience in a production or assembly line environment preferred.
• Ability to assemble small parts and components.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfort with very repetitive tasks while seated for long periods.
• Experience using hand tools and small presses in a production setting.
• Experience with electronic assembly and inspection tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Read and follow detailed work instructions to meet daily quotas across multiple stations.
• Perform highly repetitive assembly tasks while seated for most of the shift.
• Remain a part of a production flow, handling crimping, housing cable assemblies, shelling cables, and gluing with attention to bottlenecks.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity metrics to support smooth workflow.
• GLUING OPERATOR: apply beads of glue to wires passing through a machine using ultraviolet light.
• GLUING OPERATOR: operate pedals with hands and feet for precise glue application.
• GLUING OPERATOR: perform repetitive gluing tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
• Conduct visual inspections of small parts and assemblies for accuracy and standards adherence.
• Use basic hand tools and small presses safely during assembly tasks.
• Follow production, safety, and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to support output and ensure smooth workflow.
• Listen to supervisor instructions and adjust work practices to meet quality targets.
