Production Associate in New Albany, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour with an additional shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 2pm-10pm

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of manual tasks as part of the production process.
2. Load materials into production machines.
3. Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
4. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
5. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
6. Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's policies.
7. Clean production equipment and work areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Reliable and consistent with attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions following company policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies.
