Major Function:

General Production Associates support manufacturing by assembling foam parts, inspecting, labeling, trimming, packaging, and sorting.

Essential Functions:

1. Ensure parts meet/exceed quality requirements.
2. Package parts according to instructions.
3. Enter data accurately into the Plex system.
4. Report quality issues promptly.
5. Report equipment issues promptly.
6. Participate in continuous improvement activities.
7. Maintain a clean work area.
8. Follow company policies and safety protocols.

Second Shift Hours:

2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
