Position Summary:
Good attitude and work ethic. Flexible to run multiple jobs and machines. Must be able to take direction. One must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Operator has to be capable of standing and using both hands to run a machine for a minimum of 8 hours and sometimes 10 to 12 hours. Must be a team player. Must be willing and able to work any shift.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in automotive, production, or manufacturing work. Basic math & computer skills. Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions. Ability to perform required physical demands of the essential functions of the job. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Standing a minimum of 8 hours. Ability to make decisions on quality of products they produce. Form, fit and function of parts.
Work Environment/Work Conditions:
Production Floor environment. Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor. Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury.
Starting pay: $19.50/hr with 2nd and 3rd shift premium of $.50/hr.
