Worthington Steel in Monroe, OH is hiring a Production Associate on 2nd or 3rd shift. Training on first shift, then transition to 2nd/3rd. Earn starting $23/hour plus $2.00 shift differential, with overtime pay 1.5x (40–48 hrs) and 2x after 48. Schedule

Training takes place on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
