Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate at our Peachtree City, GA facility. Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour, with 1st shift hours from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday. You will fabricate component parts for final window assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling products to specs, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm (8-10 hour shifts) Monday through Saturday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
