We are currently seeking Production Associates for a client located in Easley, SC. In this role, you will work hands-on with fluid conveying products to ensure high quality standards are met and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities

Ability to complete training process for each piece of equipmentAbility to read and follow Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS), routers, and quality alertsAbility to gain knowledge on verifying quality, set up, SPC and lot numbers at the beginning of shiftGain understanding on maintaining a safe environment, an acceptable attendance and overtime worked record and approaching all duties with cooperative attitudeCommunicates with End of Line Operator (Team Member IV) and/or Production Supervisor regarding production schedule, safety, quality, delivery alerts and machine downtime issues.Assist with machine set up for change overMay assist other operators as requestedAdheres to policies as required per procedures or OISAdheres to company policies as prescribed in employee handbookInforms the Production Supervisor of plant wide rule violationsPerforms other duties as assignedCommunicates in a positive manner with all levels of the organizationMotivates and treats co-workers with respect.Understands and follow safety policies to ensure hazards are eliminatedReports quality Issues immediatelytothe End of Line

Requirements
