Phillips Staffing is seeking a dependable Support Operator for a client in Pendleton, SC. You will assist production operators, help maintain clean and safe work areas, and support achievement of production goals and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Typical shift is Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with pay around $14.84 per hour.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
