Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking team members for day-to-day production support in a manufacturing environment. You will operate machine equipment, follow validation procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while working a 12-hour rotating schedule.

The role includes overtime paid at time and a half, Sunday doubles on scheduled weeks, holiday pay, and annual wage increases as you advance through learning modules, with top pay up to 29.42 per hour as you master modules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and validate machine equipment on a rotating 12-hour shift.
• Demonstrate skill and knowledge to meet validation requirements across machines.
• Assist with root-cause analyses for safety, quality, and productivity issues.
• Support maintenance tasks and develop work instructions for repeatable operations.
• Participate in training plans and contribute to team success.
