Owens & Minor is seeking a Production Associate for a 12-hour rotating swing shift in Linwood, North Carolina. The role supports day-to-day production, operates machine equipment, and contributes to safety and quality objectives on the line.

You will participate in training, shift handoffs, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with GMP and documentation standards. This is a full-time role with overtime potential and a structured wage progression.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating schedule to include holidays and weekends
• Must be able to acquire and demonstrate skill and knowledge needed to achieve validation in all machine responsibilities
• Must be able to demonstrate and validate basic functional skills to support different machines throughout the plant
