Job Description

Build your skills in an entry-level manufacturing role at Greif. You will help prepare materials, support production and check and package finished products. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide training for assigned tasks and welcome people who are dependable, work safely and are ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, move, load and unload materials to support production.
• Assist with or operate assigned equipment after completing required training and authorization.
• Check products against work instructions and record counts or quality results as trained.
• Pack, stack, wrap, band or label products, depending on your assignment.
• Keep work areas orderly and report equipment or quality concerns promptly.
• Follow safety procedures, wear required protective equipment and ask for help when a task is unclear or unsafe.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $28.03annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between19.23 to23.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
