Job summary

Greif is seeking a Production Associate in Bay Minette, AL to support production by preparing materials, loading and unloading, and checking finished products. No previous manufacturing experience is required; full training is provided to help you learn the role safely and effectively.

You'll work with basic counting, measuring and recordkeeping while following safety procedures. The position offers a dependable schedule, opportunities for overtime, and a path to growth within a global packaging

Job Description

Build your skills in an entry-level manufacturing role at Greif. You will help prepare materials, support production and check and package finished products. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide training for assigned tasks and welcome people who are dependable, work safely and are ready to learn.

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between15.82 to23.70. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
