Ranew's Companies is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Waterloo, IA. Production associates load, unload, and mask components onto the production line. They pull parts according to requests made by the assembly lines. This position also involves removing parts, delivering parts and kits to specified departments, and arranging parts in racks and placing racks on the assembly line conveyor.

Location: Waterloo, IA   Salary: $15 - $21 /hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)   Job Type: Full-time (1st Shift)   Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K

Responsibilities:

1. Follow work instructions.
2. Provide support during the process.
3. Clean metal surfaces to remove contamination such as grease and dust to ensure masking is secure.
4. Utilize different materials as required.
5. Wear designated PPE.
6. Maintain a clean work area.
7. Maintain assigned tools.
8. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
9. Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, sitting, reaching, and lifting.
10. Utilize and perform proper lifting techniques.
11. Understand and apply quality control principles.
12. Start and stop the production line as necessary.
13. Lift parts up to 50 lbs.
14. Stand and bend for extended periods as needed.
