Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on second shift! The role involves fabricating orders according to job specifications, focusing on process improvement, quality, and meeting or exceeding productivity and efficiency standards.

Role Responsibilities

1. Operate machinery safely according to company policies.
2. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
3. Cross-train and assist in other departments as required to meet production needs and deadlines.

Compensation

Pay Range: $21-24/hour

Requirements

• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
