Job summary

WillowWood is seeking dependable Production Associates for our first-shift manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, follow work instructions, and record production information to help create high-quality prosthetic products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and use hand tools to manufacture quality prosthetic products.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Accurately record production information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
