• Operate equipment such as meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipment.
• Learn the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials.
• Handle and store materials properly to preserve quality and shelf life.
• Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
• Prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals.
• Accurately record data using computer applications or paper tracking.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
