You'll operate equipment, follow procedures, and document production data while collaborating with teammates. The position offers first-shift hours, opportunity for overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform hands-on production tasks.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure product quality.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as needed.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
• Participate in cross-training and learn additional processes.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
