Job summary

WillowWood is seeking a Production Associate to join our Ohio-based manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, produce high-quality prosthetic liners, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily goals.

• High school diploma or GED required/acceptable.
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required—training available.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment while following established work instructions.
• Manufacture products that meet WillowWood's high quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Record production information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
