Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, fabrication, automotive repair, metal finishing, refurbishing, or quality inspection preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic required.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and finished products as needed.
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while following OSHA and company safety requirements.
Job Duties
  • Inspect finished products and components for defects, damage, and quality issues.
  • Perform refurbishing, touch‑up, repair, sanding, grinding, and finishing work to restore products to company standards.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, and other finishing processes.
  • Remove burrs, weld spatter, rust, excess material, and other imperfections from metal components.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks and production support duties as assigned.
