Job summary

Atterro is hiring a Production Associate in Russellville, AR at $15.00 per hour. Shifts run Monday–Thursday from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The role supports manufacturing operations, including assembling frames and molds, measuring and mixing materials, and ensuring quality across production cycles.

You will work with hand tools and production equipment, perform visual inspections, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines to contribute to efficient, safe manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Experience with hand tools and production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare frames and molds for casting operations.
• Measure, mix, and pour materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor casting processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Education Requirements
