Atterro is seeking a Production Associate in Opelousas, LA. Pay is $10.00 per hour with overtime at $15.00 per hour on the first shift. The role emphasizes attention to detail as you inspect, assemble, and pack products to meet quality and production goals.

You will support supervisors, assist with ingredient preparation, and operate packaging lines while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisors and team leads in daily manufacturing operations.
• Support mixing operations by retrieving and staging seasoning bags for large-scale batch production.
• Assist mixers with ingredient preparation and production workflow.
• Work on the packaging line by removing finished products from the conveyor, packing products into boxes, and stacking boxes onto pallets for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all food safety, quality control, and PPE requirements.

Education Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Loads exceeding 50 pounds will be moved by authorized forklift operators.
