Job summary

Amerhart, a Specialty Building Products brand, is hiring a Production Assembler for its Sheboygan Falls facility. You will set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and related products, follow production orders, and maintain quality throughout the process.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with a 7am–5pm shift on Monday to Thursday and optional Friday OT. The team values safety, teamwork, and efficient production in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products (lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNCs, paint finisher).
• Follow production orders and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for orders and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Create boxes and stage for orders.
• Inspect products for defects to meet quality standards.
• May operate a forklift and perform daily forklift inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.

Job description

Amerhart is a Specialty Building Products Brand. Amerhart is currently hiring for a Production Assembler for our Sheboygan Falls facility. The primary responsibility of this position is to manually perform all duties associated with tasks (e.g., machine operating assembly). As a member of the Production team, offering to help others when the workload demands, treating teammates with respect and care and performing work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures is critical. This role has a variety of manual duties. The workload can change daily or by the hour.

Starting Pay Rate $22.50/hour

Shift hours: 7am-5pm on Monday - Thursdays, Fridays are optional for OT, unless needed.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products (e.g. lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNC’s, paint finisher.
• Follow production orders and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for orders and trouble-shoot minor issues.
• Create boxes and stage for orders.
• Inspect products for defects throughout production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• May be required to operate a forklift and complete daily forklift inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and policies when performing production duties.
• Clean work area daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, HSED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years’ production experience preferred.
