Job summary

Amerhart, a Specialty Building Products brand, is seeking a Production Assembler for our Sheboygan Falls facility. You will set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and related products, following production orders and specifications to ensure quality.

The role offers $22.50 per hour with a Monday–Thursday 7 am–5 pm shift; Fridays may be OT if needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products.
• Follow production orders and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Create boxes and stage for orders.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• May operate forklift and perform daily forklift inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
