Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is hiring Production Associates at their Corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI. The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as needed. Starting at $22 per hour with a $3 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shifts: 1st 6 AM–2 PM, 2nd 2 PM–10 PM, 3rd 10 PM–6 AM. Typical duties include operating equipment to standards, monitoring control systems, troubleshooting for efficiency, and performing routine preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; entry level to start.
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment.
• Comfort with reading basic instructions and safety rules.

Shift

Shift Hours

• 1st shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd shift: 10 PM - 6 AM (starts Sunday night)

Physical Location

Our team creates value by safely assisting with the production of corrugated boxes for our valued customers.

What You Will Do

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post-high school education in manufacturing/industrial
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
