Job summary

Interstate Window & Door Company in Pittston, PA is seeking a Production / Assembly Associate for the day shift. You will help build high-quality windows and doors, assembling components with hand and power tools on a production line to meet daily goals.

Starting pay is $15.66 per hour with overtime according to the production schedule; a comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, life and disability coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using cordless drills, screw guns, and other hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic math.
• Strong quality focus and safety awareness.
• Reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

Monday–Friday | 6:00AM–2:30PM + overtime in accordance with production schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production / Assembly Associate, you will:

• Assemble window and door components using hand and power tools
• Work on a manufacturing/production line to meet daily goals
• Use measuring tools (tape measure) to ensure accurate builds
• Maintain quality standards and inspect finished product
• Follow safety procedures and company processes
• Cross-train in different departments as needed

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience (preferred)
• Comfortable using hand tools (cordless drills, screw guns, etc.)
• Ability to read a tape measure

• Dependable transportation and strong attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day)
• Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to work overtime when required

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read and measure to 1/16-inch intervals
• Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers, saws, knives, pneumatic tools, and battery-powered screw guns
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
