Job DescriptionBoyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Production Associate in our Lancaster, PA location.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:The ideal candidate will Produces heat pipe assemblies for internal and external customers using semi-automated equipment following proper procedures and techniques administered from engineering department using work instructions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and precision of components used in aerospace and defense applications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will have a direct impact on our operational success and customer satisfactionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and basic math skills.Perform repetitive motion activities daily.Works at different workstations as production needs require. Clean Parts using Crest Workstation.Work in the Production area.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
