Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Production Associate at their Hummingbird facility in West Chester, OH. The role offers hourly pay with a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts and requires the ability to work any shift, overtime, and Saturdays as needed.

You will operate equipment to meet product specifications, monitor data in control systems, perform basic maintenance, and work as part of a team to hit safety, quality, and efficiency goals in a loud, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, team-based, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud/noisy, industrial, high-volume environment

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Associates at their Hummingbird facility in West Chester, OH!

Salary

• $22 per hour
• 2nd and 3rd shift differential adds $2.00 per hour

Shift

Shift assignment is based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work any shift, overtime, and Saturdays as needed.

Shift Hours

• 1st shift: 7AM - 3PM
• 2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd shift: 11PM - 7 AM (the work week starts 11pm Sunday night)

What You Will Do
