Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring a Production Associate in New Berlin, WI. Start time is 6 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and benefits starting on day one. Pay is $17 per hour, with quarterly and monthly bonus opportunities and safety incentives.

Responsibilities include moving glass, labeling, quality checks, and ensuring safe, efficient production flow. Prior experience in warehousing is preferred; HS diploma or GED is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of work experience in warehouse/manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Willing to work across all production areas.
• Flexible schedule, typically Mon–Fri with occasional weekends.
• HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, trucks, or crates for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or manually maneuver equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as needed.

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
