Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Production Associate for the tempering oven shift. The role involves moving glass, transporting materials, labeling, inspection, and working in a rotating, safety-conscious production environment.

The position requires the ability to lift 75 lbs, basic math and tape measure skills, and flexibility to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends. Benefits start on day one and opportunities for quarterly/monthly bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• One year of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
• Flexible to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, and delivery areas for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite the production process across locations.
• Read and attach labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspection and operate or manually maneuver equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different production tasks as needed.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and report issues to supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and safe task performance.

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift 75lbs independently
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
