Responsibilities

• Trim, assemble, package, label, and prepare printed products for shipment.
• Pull, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Process shipments and generate shipping labels using UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory and production materials.
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely, including cutters, pallet jacks, and packaging tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and job specifications are met.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and inventory shortages to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Production Associate to work in our Naperville, IL location. The Production Associate provides operational and hands‑on support within the print and media fulfillment shop. This role actively participates in core print production, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, inventory tracking, and basic equipment care. This role focuses on maintaining daily shop floor readiness and ensuring orders are completed efficiently and safely according to established standards.

Compensation is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, enter data, and learn shipping software.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
