Job summary

Terraboost Media in Naperville, IL is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to join the Media Operations team. This hands-on role supports day-to-day network performance, dispatch coordination, and reporting to the Digital Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at coordinating with field teams and contractors. Compensation is $24.00-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in operations, dispatch, admin support, customer support, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with spreadsheets or online software or operations tracking systems preferred.

We’re looking for a highly organized and solutions-oriented Digital Support Specialist to join our Naperville, IL team. This position supports the Media Operations Department through executing operational initiatives, maintaining day-to-day network performance, supporting the Dispatch and Independent Contractor teams, and providing regular status updates, recommendations, and reporting to the Digital Operations Manager.

This is a hands-on operational role that requires consistent monitoring of systems, timely completion of assigned tasks, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams and Independent Contractors.

Compensation is $24.00-$26.00 hourly, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor and approve digital advertising content across multiple advertising platforms throughout the day.
• Launch and manage local and national advertising campaigns, and troubleshoot issues when campaigns are not running as expected.
• Coordinate field-service schedules, route work, and approve contractor payments after jobs are completed.
• Provide phone and email support to field teams and contractors for equipment, connectivity, and offline system issues.
• Create campaign reports, Proof of Play reports, and photo presentations for clients and leadership.
• Monitor network data usage, track overages, and maintain accurate information for connected devices and systems.
• Support the broader media team with social and digital advertising processes.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems, software platforms, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, operations, communications, technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, dispatch, administrative support, customer support, technical support, project coordination, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, online software, or operations tracking systems preferred.
• Experience supporting field teams, contractors, technical equipment, or connected devices is a plus.
