HireArt is helping our client find dependable Production Associates to support day-to-day operations at its facility. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on tending equipment and keeping production stations loaded and running efficiently. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided onsite.
In this role, you’ll support daily production by loading and staging materials, resetting stations between cycles, and following established procedures to keep operations moving at a steady and consistent pace.
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and comfortable performing repetitive, routine tasks in a focused production environment. You’re able to follow instructions carefully, maintain a professional workplace, and consistently adhere to safety procedures.
