Responsibilities

  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and test products and components according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow written work instructions, test procedures, and verbal direction accurately and consistently.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Identify and promptly report defective materials, components, or products to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate work records and adhere to production schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an organized work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Telular is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the assembly, disassembly, inspection, and testing of electronic products and components. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency while working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and test products and components according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow written work instructions, test procedures, and verbal direction accurately and consistently.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Identify and promptly report defective materials, components, or products to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly environment.
  • Experience using hand tools and working with electronic or mechanical products.
  • Work is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing setting.
  • Production associates may be exposed to varying noise levels and moving equipment typical of a manufacturing environment.
  • Production associates are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle small parts and tools.
  • Ability to distinguish colors, markings, and product components.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the position.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with assembly and testing activities
Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Currency: USD

Salary Minimum: 35,000

Salary Maximum: 45,000

Incentive: No
