Now hiring for a Production Associate

Location: Monroe, NC

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour

Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday OR 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Tuesday-Friday OR 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday-Monday

Education Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
