Job summary

Staffmark Group in Monroe, NC is hiring a Production Associate. The role offers a pay rate of $20.38 per hour with a Weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 5AM–5:30PM) and positions you on a hands-on manufacturing team.

You will assemble door packages, review orders, inspect components, and ensure quality and safety. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred prior manufacturing/warehouse experience. Training and cross-training opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door packages according to customer specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Review work orders to identify required materials, components, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect door frames and components before, during, and after assembly to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Verify all parts are correctly installed and identify missing or defective components.
• Operate within assigned workstation on the production line and maintain production goals.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and best practices while promoting a safe work environment.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure customer satisfaction and shipment readiness.
• Support cross-training opportunities and assist with other production duties as assigned.

• Frequent reaching, bending, walking, and visual inspection of products.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
