Job summary

Senneca is seeking reliable manufacturing associates for our second shift in Minnesota. You will build and assemble products, read blueprints, use hand tools, and maintain quality while working in a team-focused environment.

The role offers competitive pay with a $1.50/hour shift differential, solid benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision and 401k, and 3 weeks PTO plus holidays. High school diploma preferred; on-the-job training and cross-training encouraged.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products following blueprints and instructions.
• Read measurements and ensure dimensions meet specs.
• Support production in assembly, fabrication, and finishing tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time.
• Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow skills.

Spots on our 2nd Shift are Available!
Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours)
Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time

• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
