Graham Personnel Services is seeking dependable Production Associates for 1st shift (6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) to help manufacture high-quality doors. Open roles include Assembler, Production Operator, Router Operator. As a Production Associate, you will safely operate machinery, follow procedures, and help ensure products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Completion of applicable on-the-job training may substitute for educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to standard work procedures.
• Equipment may include spreaders, CNC routers, wrappers, saws, and other machinery required for daily production.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining product specifications and tolerances.
• Use precision tools to measure finished parts and verify functional, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, including units completed and rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use to confirm proper setup and alignment.
• Perform basic, routine equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods while using tools and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity sufficient to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect finished parts.
