Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum year’s experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures and drills.

• Demonstrated technical learning and adaptability.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Open to leadership relationships and peer collaboration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
• Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
• Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
• Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.

Requirements
