Responsibilities

• Support Production Manager in daily production activities for off-price accounts.
• Coordinate and track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter, issue, update, and track POs in internal systems.
• Manage labels, packaging, trims, lab dips, and approvals.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories and internal teams.
• Maintain T&A calendars and key production milestones.
• Track status, shipping schedules, and escalate delays.
• Assist with logistics, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
• Match vendor invoices with POs and receiving documents.
• Submit approved invoices to accounting for payment.
• Ensure testing, labeling, packaging, and retailer compliance.
• Maintain production records in PLM and Excel.
• Support production for TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Winners, PriceSmart, etc.

Job description

We are searching for a Production Associate with off price experience for our client, a family owned apparel business specializing in womenswear and intimates. This is a full time, onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in managing daily production activities for off-price accounts and selected club retail programs
• Coordinate and track all production timelines to help ensure on-time delivery and smooth workflow execution
• Enter, issue, update, and track Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in internal systems and Excel trackers
• Manage and follow up on labels, packaging, trims, lab dips, bulk submissions, TOP samples, and approval statuses
• Communicate daily with overseas factories, vendors, and internal teams including Design, Technical Design, Production, Compliance, and Logistics
• Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure all key production milestones are met
• Track production status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates while escalating any delays or issues proactively
• Assist with logistics coordination, shipping documents, and support customs clearance processes as needed
• Match vendor invoices against the PO and receiving documents
• Submit approved invoices to accounting for payment processing
• Help ensure all testing, labeling, packaging, and retailer compliance requirements are properly followed
• Maintain organized and accurate production records in PLM systems and Excel
• Support additional production needs for accounts including, TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Winners, PriceSmart, and other retail programs as needed

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or production coordination
• Experience working with off-price, private label, or club retail accounts is preferred
• Understanding of garment production processes from development through final delivery
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and sense of urgency
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PLM systems (Centric PLM experience is a plus)
• Experience with labels, packaging approvals, lab dips, logistics, and production tracking preferred
• Experience supporting TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Winners, PriceSmart, or other major retail accounts is a plus
