Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA is hiring a Production Associate for the cutting night shift. You will handle glass, move materials, and follow work instructions to keep production flowing.

The role offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with safety bonuses, day-one benefits, and opportunities to earn additional incentive pay based on performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift upto 75 lbs unassisted. Must be able to lift upto 150 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to push weights greater than 150lbs with a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions from Supervisor, Plant Manager and/or Branch Manager.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region in a non-climate-controlled facility (Heat, Cold, humidity).

Responsibilities

• Handling glass from tables, rolling racks, for eight to twelve hours daily.
• Transporting materials including glass from one position/location.
• Followingwork instructionsby reading labels to expedite the production process, understand and communicate paperwork and labels/ picking list.
• Inspecting product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues.
