DePalo Foods Inc is seeking a reliable Production Line Associate to join our food production team in Belmont, NC. You will perform dough sheeting, filling deposition, folding, and finishing on a fast-paced assembly line to produce high-quality savory baked goods.

You will be responsible for meeting daily production quotas, maintaining accuracy in weighing and portion control, and keeping your work area clean and compliant with safety rules and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection, weighing, and portion control.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated dough mixing, cutting, and sheeting equipment.
• Manually deposit cheese and filling onto dough sheets.
• Fold and form products to specifications.
• Monitor topping distribution and adjust as needed to ensure correct量.
• Inspect products for size, weight, appearance and quality.
• Meet daily production targets on a fast-paced line.
• Move finished racks to the oven room for proofing and baking.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Report defective materials or equipment malfunctions to management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on production of high-quality savory baked goods. You will work on a fast-paced assembly line performing dough sheeting, manual filling deposition, folding, finishing, and other production tasks. This position requires the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting daily production quotas in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated dough mixing, cutting, and sheeting equipment.
• Manually deposit precise amounts of cheese blend and savory meat filling onto dough sheets.
• Fold and form products according to established specifications.
• Monitor machine-applied topping distribution and make adjustments to prevent under or over-application.
• Inspect products for proper size, weight, appearance, and quality standards.
• Work efficiently on a fast-paced assembly line to meet daily production targets.
• Move racks of finished products to the oven room for proofing and baking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper disposal of waste.
• Report any defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts), walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product inspection, weighing, and portion control.
