Job Description

Schedule:

• 11:00pm to 9:30am - 4/10 schedule, days off vary (NIGHT)
• 9:00am to 5:30pm - 5 days a week, including Saturday (DAY)

Wage: $20/H

Responsibilities and Duties

Production Room and Dough Processing

• Determine correct batch recipe, gather, measure, and mix ingredients; ensure dough is delivered into rounder
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library
• Achieve and maintain dough certification
• Perform metal detector checkups, monitor dough temperature, and document accordingly
• Change dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS (dough bot), and inkjet as needed
• Check sifter tailings timely and record findings
• Report irregularities to Supervisor and Manager

Dough Cooler and Staging Product for Shipment

• Monitor equipment and intervene via HMI when necessary
• Troubleshoot automated equipment such as stacker, dolly loader, and tray buffer
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks
• Organize dough by size inside the cooler
• Ensure tray print quality

Tray Wash Area

• Load trays onto conveyor for cleaning
• Monitor gauges and settings for water pressure, temperature, and detergent levels; record findings
• Conduct titration and chemical testing on tray washer as needed
• Perform interventions using HMI when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products
• Successful passing of pre-employment background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, perform heavy pushing/pulling, work in refrigerated conditions (33-38°F), and exposure to loud machinery when necessary.
