Job summary

Online Labels Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Production Associate to operate a flexographic press and die-cut customized blank labels and stickers. You will verify margins, review notes, and prioritize jobs to meet production timelines.

The role requires attention to detail, basic proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a collaborative team mindset. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Production Associates work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.

Shift Available

Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-4:00am.

Training Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm but may chnage based on business needs.

Pay

Starting at $17.00/hour.

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
