Job summary

Online Labels Group is looking for a Production Associate in Sparks, NV. This role involves operating a flexographic press to create high-quality labels. Candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

The position offers a shift from Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am with a starting pay of $17.00/hour. Benefits include potential bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Production Associates are operators who work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.

Shift Available: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am

Training Shift: TBD at time of offer.

Pay: $17.00/hour to start.

General Duties

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
